Divisional Management Accountants | Permanent and Interim/FTC | Yorkshire, North West or North East | £50,000 - £62,500



Most finance roles that offer real flexibility come with a trade-off: smaller business, smaller career. These don't.



Our client is one of the UK's largest multi-brand groups, a multi-billion-pound business with sites across the UK and Ireland. It is rebuilding its finance leadership with people from major UK retail, consumer and leisure brands and the Big Four. Now it's redesigning how finance works in its dealerships. We're recruiting two permanent Management Accountants, plus two interim or fixed-term Management Accountants for around 6-9 months.



What's in it for you

• Mostly home-based across Yorkshire, the North West or the North East, with the office around 2-3 days a month

The roles: month-end reporting, management accounts and an element of controllership, initially looking after one or more sites. There's project work on systems and process improvement on top. Over time, the roles are expected to become more divisional.



Permanent: Newly/Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Automotive experience helps but isn't required. What matters more is ambition, a track record of improving things through change, and the drive to accelerate your career.



Interim/FTC: Automotive experience is essential, so you can hit the ground running. The day rate is broadly in line with the permanent salaries, or it's available as a fixed-term contract.



The honest bit: the structure is still being finalised and the function is mid-change. If you want a fixed spec and a settled process from day one, this won't fit. If that sounds like an opportunity, it probably is.
