Develop and grow our Corporate Affinity Partnerships by securing new accounts and develop our existing relationships to develop new opportunities that supports the Business Development strategy.
Agree an annual, detailed business plan for the Corporate Affinity Partners aligned with the corporate objectives which demonstrates a month-on-month growth of activity.
Work in conjunction with the Business Development Director and Head of Affinity Relations to deliver the business plan for the Corporate Partners.
Liaise with Corporate Affinity Partners on a monthly basis to generate opportunities and increase penetration from the employer organisations.
Discuss and agree new marketing opportunities that supports the business plan.
Create, implement, develop and maintain service standards for Corporate Affinity Partners and their employees aligned to Consumer Duty.
Provide monthly reports for the Senior Leadership Team and for the Corporate Partners.
You will be experienced in building business relationships with partnership organisations and developing the accounts to increase engagement.
You will need to be motivated and have the ability to prospect for new connections.
A full driving license is essential.
You will need to have the flexibility and confidence to engage with people of all levels to promote the services of the National Advice business and develop new connections.
Both written and verbal communication are a key requirement of the role.
You will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach to meet our partners needs.
