We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer and supplier of hygiene products, headquartered in Coventry, to recruit a Divisional Finance Director. This is a key leadership position, offering the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role in the strategic and financial direction of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the divisional finance team
Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance
Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Influence decisions at board level

What We're Looking For:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within manufacturing or a similar industry
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing a team and mentoring
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels

Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
