Job Description - Divisional Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week


Salary: competitive + car allowance


Location: Central London, field-based with regular UK travel (2–3 nights away per week) 


Division covered: London Hammersmith, London Greenwich, London Dartford , London Chingford, London Wandsworth, London Luton Airport, Folkestone, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, Portsmouth, Southampton

What you’ll be doing:




  • Leading the Way


You’ll inspire and support a team of Hotel Managers across your region—coaching them to deliver exceptional guest experiences, a strong performance culture and consistent brand standards.


 



  • Turning Strategy into Action


You’ll bring our company strategy to life across your division, ensuring initiatives are delivered with energy, clarity, and consistency—while sharing insight from the ground to shape future plans.


 



  • Guest Obsessed


You’ll lead the charge on guest satisfaction—supporting managers to analyse feedback, take ownership of service improvements and role model hospitality that makes guests feel genuinely valued.


 



  • Commercial Focus with Heart


From P&L reviews to driving labour efficiency and identifying revenue opportunities, you’ll coach your managers to balance brilliant service with commercial results.


 



  • People First, Always


You’ll support workforce planning, develop succession pipelines and role model inclusive, feedback-driven leadership. You’ll also guide managers through ER matters and champion a great place to work.


 



  • Driving Compliance & Standards


You’ll make sure brand, legal and operational standards are consistently met and understood—and that any risks or issues are addressed proactively.


 


We think you’ll thrive if you have:



  • Proven experience leading multi-site hotel operations in a branded setting

  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for people development

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills

  • Confidence in P&L management, workforce planning and driving operational efficiency

  • A strategic mindset, grounded in hands-on operational credibility

  • A collaborative approach to cross-functional work with central teams

  • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment

  • A willingness to travel across the UK (including 2–3 overnight stays per week)

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
