What you’ll be doing:
You’ll inspire and support a team of Hotel Managers across your region—coaching them to deliver exceptional guest experiences, a strong performance culture and consistent brand standards.
You’ll bring our company strategy to life across your division, ensuring initiatives are delivered with energy, clarity, and consistency—while sharing insight from the ground to shape future plans.
You’ll lead the charge on guest satisfaction—supporting managers to analyse feedback, take ownership of service improvements and role model hospitality that makes guests feel genuinely valued.
From P&L reviews to driving labour efficiency and identifying revenue opportunities, you’ll coach your managers to balance brilliant service with commercial results.
You’ll support workforce planning, develop succession pipelines and role model inclusive, feedback-driven leadership. You’ll also guide managers through ER matters and champion a great place to work.
You’ll make sure brand, legal and operational standards are consistently met and understood—and that any risks or issues are addressed proactively.
