This is an exceptional career and business opportunity with a long-established provider of key services to the transport and logistics industry. It is an enterprising and ambitious organisation and the market leader in its field, which has successfully developed a portfolio of ancillary products and services to meet regulatory, compliance and risk management requirements. These are primarily distributed through digital channels. There is substantial potential in this market and developing a defined risk management business is now a strategic priority.

You will assume full responsibility for the performance, growth and strategic direction of the Division and its people, with an emphasis on product development, market share and profitability. You will also make a broader contribution at Group level, in what is an high profile and visible leadership role.

You should possess business management and leadership experience, including P & L accountability, gained in a digital marketing and B2B and B2C sales and service environment. Whilst a knowledge of regulatory, compliance and online training products and services will be advantageous, of primary importance will be your strong commercial and marketing skills and an entrepreneurial outlook. In addition, you should be ambitious as there are significant opportunities for personal development within a progressive and dynamic Group environment.
