We’re hiring for a skilled Document Controller to join a leading design studio in London. This is a key support role within a busy project environment, ensuring the smooth management, tracking, and distribution of documentation across large-scale, design-led projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint/4Projects, ACC, or Newforma
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Solid working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting the Lead Design Consultant and coordinating subconsultants on large-scale projects
