Position: Document Controller

Job type: Permanent, full time

Location: Office based in Northamptonshire

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE, plus a great benefits package

The company

A £75m t/o building contractor who specialise in the later living sector. They are a multi award-winning contractor who pride themselves on delivering high quality construction projects up to £30m.

The role

This is a key role within the business, responsible for maintaining project documentation across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and client requirements.

You will support and assist with the roll out of a new system ensuring all training is given out to the wider business. This will require occasional travel to sites to deliver training workshops for site teams.

* Support project teams with document-related queries and processes

* Assist with the improvement of document control procedures and workflows

* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements

Desirable Experience

* Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment with travel to sites

* Experience using Procore would be advantageous, but is not essential
