Pay: £13.02 per hour, up to £15.02 per hour including shift allowance

Shift patterns available:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00
Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 20:00Join our client's prestigious Government project in Hemel Hempstead, where full training is provided, and you'll be part of a highly organised team working with sensitive and confidential information.

Your role will include:

Document/Mail Inbound
Document Prep
Document Scanning & Processing
Document Release & Mail Prep OutboundAs part of the team, you will:

Handle sensitive information confidentially
Interpret and analyse data accurately
Key/type information to set targets
Follow detailed processes meticulously
Make decisions and escalate issues appropriately
Confidently use IT systems and applicationsThe ideal candidate will have:

Excellent attention to detail and concentration
Strong IT and data-handling skills
Ability to work to target volumes while maintaining quality
Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
A positive, team-oriented approachImportant: Due to the nature of this work, all candidates must successfully complete the full background check process. (including DBS, credit check, ID verification, and 3-year work history confirmation)
