Role Overview

As a cleaner for Marble & Mint, you will visit clients' homes to carry out regular and deep cleaning services. This is a flexible, client-facing role that requires independence, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

We’re looking for individuals who meet the following:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in domestic cleaning
• Valid DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Public liability insurance
• References available upon request (minimum of 2)
• Basic English communication skills (to understand instructions and talk with clients)
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Should have your own cleaning supplies (cloths, sprays, gloves, etc.)
• Ability to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

• General domestic cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces
• Tasks include dusting, mopping, hoovering, surface cleaning, etc.
• Follow specific instructions and preferences from each client
• Maintain professionalism and respect for the client’s home
• Report any issues or damages during service

Working Hours

Flexible shifts – part-time or full-time

• Pay: £12.50 – £15.00/hour depending on experience and client satisfaction
