Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a male client with complex needs.

The role/shift pattern is as follows:

Monday-Friday

09:00-10:30, 16:00-17:30, 20:00-21:00

Saturday & Sunday

16:30-18:00 & 20:00-21:00

The role will consist of Manual handling & personal care for a young male with Duchenne muscular dystrophy
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
