Our client, a reputable and values-driven domiciliary care service, is looking for an experienced and passionate Branch Manager to lead their team and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered across the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, overseeing care delivery, compliance, staff performance, and service development. With a genuine commitment to person-centred care, they will inspire their team and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – essential

• Proven management experience within a domiciliary or social care setting

• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

• Strong leadership and people management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with compassion and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of the domiciliary care branch, ensuring excellent service delivery

• Oversee care planning, staff scheduling, and performance management

• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards

• Inspire and support the care team, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment

• Maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
