Job Description - Domiciliary Care Manager

Domiciliary Care Manager

Location: Sudbury, Suffolk

Salary: £42,500 per annum + paid breaks and benefits

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Role

Time Recruitment is working with a respected national care provider to recruit a Domiciliary Care Manager for a brand-new branch opening in Sudbury, Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the setup and development of a new service, making a real difference in the lives of people who wish to receive care in their own homes.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, managing a team of care professionals, and driving business growth.

Domiciliary Care Manager Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the branch

- Oversee client assessments and ensure the delivery of person-centred care

- Recruit, train, and support the care team

- Promote the branch and build relationships with local professionals and organisations

- Conduct audits and ensure full compliance with CQC standards

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning

- Support staff development and retention through ongoing training and progression pathways

Domiciliary Care Manager Requirements

- NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care (essential)

- Previous experience in a Domiciliary Care Manager role

- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance

- Full UK driving licence
