Are you an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager ready for your next challenge?

Our client is launching a brand-new home care branch, dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that helps people live independently in their own homes. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, shape a service from scratch, and make a real difference in your community.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service or home care agency (essential)

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspections, and governance

• Leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for quality care

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and grow a new domiciliary care service in your area

• Ensure delivery of safe, responsive, person-centred care

• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff

• Oversee and review care plans in line with CQC standards

• Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and professionals

• Drive continuous improvement across the service

• Be a visible, supportive, and accountable leader
