Domiciliary Care Support Worker/Carer

Job Brief:

Mukaka Healthcare LTD is looking for 10 organised, passionate and experienced people to join the team at an amazing domiciliary care agency with contracts in Basildon, Billericay and Wickford.

We will give you £200 for each friend you refer to register and work through us! T&C apply.

What you can expect:

1. Immediate start

2. Flexible working schedule

3. 37.5 hours per week or more if you wish and overtime is available.

4. Pay rate between £9.50 and £11 depending on experience, skills and duties. PAYE/Self employed

5. Paid work mileage

6. Free DBS check if your current one has expired

7. Mandatory training if your current one is out of date

8. Working with an agency that will value and respect you

9. Free PPE

Responsibilities:

Supporting service users and patients with:

1. Promotion of respect, independence, dignity and safety

2. Personal Care

3. Meal preparation, shopping and light domestic work

4. Medication, mobility and other care requirements

5. Companionship

6. Accompany them to go to appointments

7. Medication Administration and management of medical conditions (only if applicable and adequately trained)

Skills Required:

1. Be a driver/rider/access to your own transport for work during the day (mileage will be paid)

2. Have 6 months minimum of continuous recent UK experience as a carer/Support worker

3. Have good written and spoken English language skills

4. Have the right to work in the UK
