Morningside Care Services are looking for caring and reliable Care Workers to join their team, supporting individuals in their own homes across Kent.

This is a flexible zero-hours opportunity, ideal for someone looking to choose shifts around their existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centred care to service users in their own homes

* Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting where required

* Support service users with daily living activities

* Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking

* Support with medication administration in line with care plans

* Provide companionship and emotional support

* Encourage independence, dignity and choice

* Support service users to attend appointments and activities

* Follow individual care plans and risk assessments

* Maintain accurate and confidential care records

* Follow safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures

About You

* Caring, compassionate and respectful approach

* Reliable, patient and understanding

* Good communication skills

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

* Previous care experience desirable but not essential, as full training is provided

* Willing to undertake relevant training and development

* Right to work in the UK

* Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

* Satisfactory references and enhanced DBS check where applicable

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable for community-based roles
