Homecare Gurus Ltd is seeking compassionate and skilled Domiciliary Carers to support our clients in their homes. As a domiciliary carer, you will play a key role in helping individuals maintain their dignity and independence while delivering high-quality personal care. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide companionship, and ensure their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering personal care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Supporting clients with daily activities such as meal preparation and medication management.
• Promoting the overall health and comfort of clients through regular monitoring.
• Documenting care activities and any changes in client well-being.
• Encouraging and engaging clients in social interactions and activities.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.

• Previous experience in a care role is an advantage but not essential.
• Must be a driver with own car
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient attitude toward clients.
• Willingness to go through an enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Training in manual handling and first aid is a plus.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.

• £14 – £17 per hour (depending on experience and shifts)
• Mileage allowance: £0.35 per mile (for Henley shifts only)
• Flexible shift patterns: 1–4 hours per call
• Supportive and friendly management team
