Salary: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour + Benefits
Hours: Rota basis, including weekends

We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. If you have experience in the UK healthcare sector and hold your own vehicle (a must), this is your chance to positively impact the lives of those we support through domiciliary care.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized support to clients within their own homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Support clients to maintain their independence and encourage participation in activities they enjoy.
• Build trusting relationships through effective communication and empathetic care.
• Follow care plans accurately and document care provided.
• Promote safety and well-being, adhering to health and safety policies.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless support.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a consistent and reliable service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in healthcare or social care within the UK.
• A full, clean UK driving license and your own vehicle is essential.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and long days on a rota system.
• Compassionate, proactive, and able to adapt to different client needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilient and confident in managing challenging situations with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
