Dozer Driver

Job Description:

We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking a CPCS / NPORS Carded Dozer Driver for work in Grange Over sands – LA11.

The Role

As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a dozer, carrying out a range of earthworks and groundworks duties. You will work as part of an experienced site team, ensuring work is completed to a high standard while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate a dozer in accordance with site requirements.

* Carry out earthmoving, grading, levelling and associated groundworks.

* Complete daily machine checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements.

* Work efficiently to meet project targets and deadlines.

* Follow all site health and safety procedures.

* Work closely with groundworkers, site supervisors and other plant operators.

* Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Requirements

* Proven experience operating a dozer.

* Relevant CPCS or NPORS qualification.

* Previous experience working on construction, civils or earthworks projects.

* Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.

* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
