Role Overview:
As a Drainage Operative Apprentice, you will gain practical skills and experience in drainage installation, maintenance, and repairs while working alongside experienced professionals in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems and related infrastructure.
• Learn to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively while carrying out drainage tasks.
• Support senior operatives in conducting site surveys and inspections.
• Understand and comply with health and safety regulations and practices on-site.
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge related to drainage.
• Contribute to maintaining clean and organized work environments.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support various projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grades A*-D) or equivalent.
• Interest in a career in drainage, construction, or civil engineering.
• Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards personal and professional development.
• Ability to work well in a team and effectively follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices is an advantage.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks as required.
• Good communication skills and reliability are essential.
