Drainage Supervisor / Contracts Manager

Drainage Supervisor / Contracts Manager / Operations Manager required for our client as specialist drainage contractor that operate predominately within civils and highways drainage contracts and projects.

This position is working nights, 19:00 - 05:00, and will be tasked with a leading all-night operations and projects, travelling to sites throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Midlands overseeing site works, quality checks, safety compliance and coordination with traffic and road management teams.

Based on current sites and projects Milton Keynes would represent a good central point of the patch. The role would suit a Drainage Supervisor / Contracts Manager / Operations Manager within proven drainage expereince, or a Senior Drainage Engineer looking for a supervisor position.

• Control site teams for night works ensuring the team understand their roles and responsibilities to ensure a successful project.
• Manage road and traffic management for safe working and to mitigate disruption to the highways
• Oversee the installation, repair and maintenance drainage works
• Complete site docs and work in progress reports

• Proven drainage system and installation experience within highways or civil engineering projects
• Knowledge of traffic and road management whilst working on live roads / highways.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams during night shifts
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Based and happy to travel to sites across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire.

• Basic salary £45,000 - £50,000
