This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to inspire and cultivate a love of drama in students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Position Overview:

• 
  Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging and innovative drama lessons across KS3, 4, and 5, fostering creativity, confidence, and a deep understanding of dramatic arts.


• 
  Assessment & Feedback: Design and implement effective assessment strategies, providing constructive feedback to support student progress and development.


• 
  Collaborative Engagement: Actively participate in departmental activities, contributing to curriculum development, extra-curricular programs, and school productions.


• 
  Professional Growth: Stay informed about current trends and advancements in drama education, participating in relevant professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Drama or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.


• Proven experience teaching drama across KS3, 4, and 5.
