About the Role:

As our Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students across KS3 and KS4. You will have the opportunity to shape a vibrant drama curriculum and guide students through both their academic and creative journeys. Your role will include planning lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the wider life of the school, including school productions and extracurricular activities.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Drama or a related subject


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


• A passion for drama and the ability to inspire students of all abilities


• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning


• Experience in directing school productions is desirable but not essential
