About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative Drama lessons to students across various year groups. We are looking for a teacher who can bring the subject to life, fostering a love for Drama while developing students' confidence and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to create a stimulating learning atmosphere that encourages students to express themselves creatively and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality KS3 and 4 Drama lessons in line with the curriculum.


• Inspire and motivate students of all abilities to explore and enjoy Drama.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.


• Contribute to the school's extracurricular Drama activities, including school productions and clubs.


• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
