Salary : £47,790 with added service charge!

Key Responsibilities as a Drawing Room Mananger 
Ensure the smooth running of all services in the Drawing Room.
Welcome and look after guests with friendly, personalised service.
Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation and hospitality.
Support the development and implementation of effective service and operational procedures.
Monitor service standards and identify ways to improve the guest experience.
Help maximise the business potential of the Drawing Room through excellent service and sales awareness.
Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
Manage, lead & motivate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards
Manage, monitor & continually improve service & operational systems to enable seamless guest relations & comply with Hotel guidelines
Ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth
Conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit
Provide effective day-to day communication with guests, colleagues & teamsDesirables

Hotel School diploma or equivalent
Previous luxury/5 star hotel experience
Excellent knowledge of food and wineIf you are passionate about delivering amazing customer service we would love to hear from you
