Location: Tees Valley – Hybrid working with 2 days at home and 3 days in the community/ the office
Salary: £27,000 – 28,000pa (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexi working)

Supporting Futures are recruiting on behalf of a respected domestic abuse charity dedicated to protecting victims and children by holding high-risk perpetrators accountable.
This is an opportunity to make a direct impact through intensive 1:1 intervention work with high-harm perpetrators as part of a nationally recognised, multi-agency programme focused on reducing abuse and improving safety outcomes.
The Role
You’ll work directly with high-risk perpetrators identified through MARAC and DAPP processes, delivering targeted interventions designed to challenge behaviour, reduce risk, and drive long-term change.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver intensive one-to-one case management and behaviour change interventions Support clients with complex needs including mental health, substance misuse, housing, finance, and offending behaviours Develop coordinated intervention plans alongside partner agencies Work closely with IDVA services to improve victim safety and manage risk Make referrals to specialist support services where appropriate Manage cases over 3–12 months to achieve sustainable behavioural change What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs Backgrounds in domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse, probation, prison services, YOT, social care, family support/ early help, CSE/ CCE/ County Lines, supported housing, or similar settings Strong understanding of domestic abuse and its impact Passion for multi-agency and trauma-informed work Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential) Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related fields are also encouraged to apply.
