Role and Responsibilities

As our Reception Teacher/EYFS Lead, you will:

• Develop and implement a creative and innovative EYFS curriculum.


• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that values diversity and promotes equity.


• Lead and support a team of dedicated EYFS staff.


• Engage with parents and the community to support children's learning and development.


• Uphold and promote the Christian ethos of the school.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an EYFS setting.


• Proven leadership experience or potential.


• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.


• Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to inspire and engage young children.
