Pay: £12.77 per hour plus use of a pool car. £13.27 per hour at weekends. 

Hours: Flexible shifts to suit you (Full-Time, Part-Time, Evenings & Weekends)

At Kent Social Care (part of the CCH Group), we’re looking for dedicated Drivers to support our care teams by transporting our care professionals to and from clients’ homes across Maidstone and nearby areas.

This role is driving only – no personal care duties – but you’ll still be a vital part of helping people remain safe, independent, and happy at home.

• Pick up and drop off care professionals for their shifts

• Plan routes efficiently to minimise travel time

• Ensure all passengers travel safely and comfortably

• Represent our company positively with a professional, friendly manner

• A safe, reliable and courteous driver

• Friendly, approachable, and happy to chat

• Able to manage your time and routes efficiently

• In possession of a full UK driving licence held for 12 months or more

• Access to your own vehicle (essential)
