Driver Recruitment Agent

To specifically focus on the recruitment and onboarding of self-employed drivers into the business as well as supporting and improving our overall driver recruitment proposition. In this key role, you will search and select the highest calibre individuals as required to deliver premium quality service to our passengers across B2B and B2C.

Monday to Friday- 09:00-17:30

Main Accountabilities

• To Identify short, medium, and long-term wins for driver recruitment
• Take responsibility for driver recruitment
• Work to key deliverables on recruitment volumes including an end to end supervision of all driver recruitment stages
• Responsible for the recruitment processes, meeting and reviewing KPI’s on recruitment volumes
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – From sourcing leads, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process
• Work with internal stakeholders and carry out SWOT analysis on the driver recruitment processMoving London around in safety and style since 1975.
