Description of the role:

• Assessing the work of the Drivers, acting as a Supervisor, and overseeing the entire operation.
• Careful packing, loading and unloading household items using appropriate materials.
• Transporting household goods from one location to another.
• Ensuring an inventory of all items has been completed.
• Ensuring damages are photographed, documentation and reported.
• Ensuring all items are returned to customers and issues have been rectified.
• Liaising with customers and internal teams, dealing with queries and issues.
• Assembling and dismantling furniture with care.

About you:

• Previous experience of working within moving services or logistics.
• Supervisory experience, able to oversee and lead a small team.
• Experience of van driving and maintenance.
• Full driving licence with experience of driving for 2 years.
• IT literate with the ability to update systems with goods information.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
