On offer is a hands on role, where you will provide training to learners as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the academy, helping to grow the team and shape the future of the business.

This role would suit an experienced HGV Driver Trainer, looking for the next step in their career where they can join a business devoted to making a difference in the industry in a highly autonomous role with massive growth potential.

The Role:
* Deliver HGV and PCV driver training in line with DVSA standards
* Support learners through Category C / C+E and PCV licence training
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the Driver Training Academy at Otley
* Provide coaching, structure and constructive feedback to develop safe driving skills

The Person:
* Qualified and experienced HGV and/or PCV Driver Trainer
* Strong knowledge of driver safety and DVSA standards
* Confident working independently and taking ownership of delivery
