We are looking for a Driver/Labourer to join the Workshop team, based in Aberdeen.
The Driver/Labourer will support the workshop and warehouse operations by packing, delivering, and collecting materials to meet ICR business and customer requirements. The role provides hands‑on assistance across workshop and warehouse activities, including loading and unloading goods using a forklift, and general labouring duties. Working as part of the Aberdeen warehouse team, the postholder will help ensure assignments are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
This role comes with the opportunity to develop further skills, in supporting technicians, where required, in carrying out maintenance and testing of equipment.
This role will report to the Warehouse Lead.
The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
Main tasks:
Driving company vans when required for deliveries and collections
General labouring duties, including but not limited to loading and offloading equipment and deliveries
Assisting technicians as and when required, to carry out maintenance and testing of ICR equipment, pressure testing, function testing and certify equipment for mobilisation (training will be provided for this)
Assist with QA/QC activities on all kit arriving from 3rd party manufacturers
Assist with inventory to ensure the maximum/minimum levels are continuously maintained. This includes, counting stock, stocking products appropriately and decanting products, alongside the use of SAP where necessary (training will be provided for use of SAP)
Manual handling tasks
Forklift driving
Vehicle checks and cleanliness
Assisting in workshop / warehouse as and when required
Assisting with ensuring the workshop is kept clean and tidy
Undertake training for safety roles if required such as, Fire Warden and First Aid

Required Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role
Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or specifically within Integrity & Maintenance would be beneficial
UK Driving Licence
Forklift experience desirable, preferably a P1 Forklift Licence (not essential)
Willingness to learn and desire to do well
Team player
Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation and external parties
Ability to problem-solve
Comfortable with multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines
Competency and skill using Microsoft Office packages, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
