Driver / Logistics & Production Operator

Location: Gloucester
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: Starting from £13.47 per hour, with an increase following the successful completion of your probationary period.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Driver / Logistics & Production Operator to join our client friendly team in Gloucester.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll spend Tuesdays and Thursdays completing multi-drop deliveries to customers, ensuring excellent service at every stop. On Mondays and Wednesdays, you'll work within our production department, supporting manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care.
Provide excellent customer service and act as a professional representative of the company.
Assist with production duties, including assembly, and general manufacturing tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Work closely with colleagues to meet daily production and delivery targets.
What We're Looking For

A full, clean UK driving licence.
Previous multi-drop driving experience is desirable.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn.
