DRIVING ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Warrington
Salary: £32,404 per year + bonus
Full Time | Permanent

The Results People are looking for an experienced Driving Account Manager to join our established Driving division in Warrington.

This is a hot desk with an excellent existing client base of 10+ active accounts. There is no requirement for cold calling or new business sales – your focus will be on delivering an outstanding service, developing existing relationships and growing the accounts already in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and developing 10+ existing driving clients
Recruiting and managing HGV drivers
Managing daily and weekly client requirements
Ensuring strong booking fulfilment and driver availability
Maintaining driver compliance and documentation
Building strong relationships with clients and drivers
Monitoring service levels, attendance and performance
Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
Working closely with the wider Driving recruitment team
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience within Driving Recruitment would be highly beneficial. You should be organised, confident dealing with clients and drivers, and capable of managing multiple busy accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys account management and service delivery without the pressure of cold sales.
