Dry Powder/Paint Sprayer

On behalf of our prestigious client, we are currently recruiting Dry Powder / Paint Sprayers / Paint Shop Operatives to join their busy manufacturing facility in Preston.

This is a full-time position with immediate starts available, offering excellent opportunities for long-term employment and career progression.

Duties will include:

* Preparing metal casings, cabinets and components for the painting process.

* Working to a daily production plan and meeting required targets.

* Applying white powder coating to metal surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.

* Loading and unloading finished components into/from the paint oven.

* Operating the paint oven in accordance with company procedures.

* Inspecting finished products to ensure the required quality standards are achieved.

* Following all health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE when working with coating powders.

* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.

* Assisting with other manufacturing and production duties when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Previous paint spraying or powder coating experience is preferred.

* Basic paint spraying experience will be considered.

* Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment would be beneficial.

* Experience using hand and power tools.

* Good attention to detail and ability to produce a high-quality finish.

* Ability to work effectively in a busy manufacturing environment.

* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
