Are you passionate about practical, hands-on learning that prepares students for life beyond the classroom? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled DT, Food Technology & Construction Teacher to join the vibrant and supportive teaching team at The North School in Ashford. This is a permanent role starting inSeptember 2025.

About the Role:
As a valued member of our staff, you will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Design & Technology, Food Technology, and/or Construction across [Key Stage 3, 4, and/or 5].

• Inspire students to develop practical skills, creativity, and confidence through applied learning.

• Contribute to a forward-thinking department with excellent facilities and strong collaborative culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with a background in DT, Food Technology, or Construction (QTS or equivalent).

• A passion for vocational and technical education and supporting all learners to achieve.

• Strong classroom management and the ability to create a safe, supportive learning environment.

• A commitment to high standards and ongoing professional growth.
