You will be responsible for the delivery of Design and Technology (DT) lessons to primary and secondary students. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive DT lessons to students.


• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.


• Assess and provide timely feedback on student progress and performances.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic performance.


• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.


• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities.


• Ensure the safety of students during DT lessons and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area.


• Relevant teaching experience in Design and Technology.


• Knowledge of current educational trends and practices in DT education.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to effectively manage a diverse classroom and cater to individual student needs.


• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.


• Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in DT teaching.
