provider who
have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional
Dual
Registered Manager to oversee their
2
brand-new
2 bed
care homes
in Nottingham.
This is
an excellent opportunity
for a compassionate leader
to shape and
es
tablish
a
high-quality care environment from the ground up.
Both homes are located in Nottingham and will be two-bed facilities
specialising
in either Emotional and Behavioral Distress (EBD) or Learning Disabilities (LD).
The homes are
located
approximately 15 minutes away from each other making it convenient for the right person to manage both effectively
The Key
Responsibilities
of the role will be to
:
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations,
ma
in
taining
s
ta
tutory framework standards.
Lead and
participate
in inspections, implementing improvements from feedback.
Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive staff environment.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff for high-quality care delivery.
Conduct regular staff meetings and supervision sessions for professional development.
Ensure the highest standard of care, support, and protection for children.
Develop and implement individualized care plans promoting well-being.
Implement robust systems for monitoring and evaluating care quality.
Conduct internal audits and assessments to
identify
and act on improvement areas.
Maintain effective communication with external agencies, families, and professionals.
Foster positive relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
Efficiently manage the homes budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Monitor expenditure and
identify
cost-saving opportunities without compromising care quality.
Key experience and qualifications
required
:
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
Significant experience in a management role within a residential childcare setting.
Proven
track record
of successful Ofsted inspections and compliance.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing children's homes.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong
organisational
and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals.
