Dual Role Asbestos surveyor and Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake air sampling, fibre counting, and 4-stage clearance inspections
  




• Perform clearance air testing, reassurance monitoring, and personal exposure monitoring
  




• Conduct building inspections, including management and refurbishment/demolition surveys
  




• Complete quality control checks, exposure records, and RPE inspections on a monthly basis
  




• Ensure all equipment is correctly calibrated and maintained in accordance with HSG 264
  




• Collect and label samples accurately, ensuring full compliance with the Quality Manual
  




• Record data using digital capture tools and produce detailed site drawings (e.g. Floor Plan Creator)
  




• Maintain accurate photographic and written records of all site work
  




• Upload and update survey and analytical data regularly (minimum daily)
  




• Perform Technical Quality Assurance checks prior to issuing reports to clients
  

Requirements

About You

• BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (essential)
  




• Full UK driving licence (essential)
  




• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, drawing tools (e.g. Floor Plan Creator), and data capture software
  




• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  




• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team environment

• PASMA Certificate
  




• Risk Assessment Training
