Are you a passionate and experienced Bar Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented Dual Site Bar Manager to oversee operations across two vibrant Central London hospitality venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing high-performing teams.

The Role

As Dual Site Bar Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of two busy bar operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, strong financial performance, and a positive, engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop bar teams across two locations.
Manage staff rotas, training, recruitment and performance.
Drive exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and company procedures.
Support revenue growth through events, promotions and operational excellence.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service at all times.
Analyse sales and labour performance to maximise profitability.What We're Looking For

Previous Bar Manager experience in a busy hospitality environment.
Experience managing multiple locations or large-volume venues is desirable.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and KPIs.
Personal licence holder preferred but not essential.What's On Offer
