STORE MANAGER - DUAL SITE CONCESSIONS

CHICAGO

ABOUT:

• Luxury French brand specialising in leather goods and accessories.
• Global brand with strong presence within North America.
• This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of two new concessions from the ground up within Bloomingdales & Nordstrom

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to work within a busy Department Store environment with excellent communication skills.
• Deliver retail excellent FOH & BOH with a keen eye for detail.
• Drive clienteling and repeat business from the floor with a strong team ethic.
• Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives
• Ability to manage Visual roll out's and displays for a strong brand image.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years within Fashion Retail Management as a Store Manager, Concession Manager, Team Leader, Floor Manager or Assistant Store Manager/Department Manager.
• Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality

OFFERING:

• Salary of $80,000 per annum with management bonus of 35%
• 401k, Company benefits. and additions.
