Ductwork Site Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of an established specialist ductwork contractor who are looking for an experienced Ductwork Site Manager to oversee installation works across projects in London with opportunities commencing in early 2027.

You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating installation teams and ensuring ductwork packages are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Managing daily ductwork installation activities on site.

*

Supervising ductwork engineers and installation teams.

*

Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors.

*

Ensuring works meet programme and quality requirements.

*

Liaising with project managers, main contractors and other trades.

*

Monitoring health & safety and site compliance.

*

Reporting progress and resolving site issues.

The Ideal Candidate

*

Previous experience as a Ductwork Site Manager.

*

Strong background in commercial ductwork installation.

*

Ability to manage site teams and installation programmes.

*

Good understanding of drawings and specifications.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

Relevant site safety qualifications (SMSTS).
