Ductwork Supervisor

We are recruitin on behalf of an established specialist ductwork contractor who are looking for an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to oversee installation teams across commercial projects in London, with opportunities commencing in early 2027.

You'll be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour and ensuring ductwork installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising ductwork installation teams on site.

*

Coordinating labour, materials and daily workloads.

*

Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.

*

Monitoring installation quality and progress.

*

Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained.

*

Liaising with site managers, project managers and other trades.

*

Reporting progress and resolving day-to-day site issues.

The Ideal Candidate

*

Previous experience as a Ductwork Supervisor or Senior Ductwork Installer.

*

Strong background in commercial ductwork installation.

*

Good understanding of drawings and installation methods.

*

Ability to lead and motivate site teams.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

Relevant site safety qualifications (SSSTS preferred).
