The Role As a valued member of the Metering team, your key responsibilities will include: Efficiently and accurately installing smart metres Investigating and resolving non-communicating smart metres Attending emergency and maintenance appointments Promptly restoring gas and electricity supplies when customers require assistance This customer-focused role prioritises safety and service excellence. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while also educating customers on the benefits and safe use of their new smart meters.
