Dumper Roller driver

Dumper / Roller Operative (Rawcliffe Bridge, DN14 8PN) – Fulltime
An opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project in Rawcliffe Bridge, delivering important works over the coming years.
PAYE basis
Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
Must Have:
* Valid Blue CPCS
* Previous experience working on major construction, highways or infrastructure projects
* Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
* Ability to operate plant safely and efficiently
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and proactive approach to work
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a 9T Dual View Dumper and 4T Padfoot Roller
* Carry out pre-start checks and report any defects
* Support earthworks, compaction and site preparation activities
* Assist site teams with daily construction activities
* Follow site procedures and Health & Safety requirements
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
* Work alongside groundworkers, supervisors and other plant operatives
* Support the successful delivery of major infrastructure works
