Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors in Bristol!

This role will require you to communicate in both Dutch and English and therefore you must be fully fluent in both of those languages. You will also need to have experience working in a customer service environment.

The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum.

Package for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor:

• Salary: £25,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: Bristol City Centre

Key Responsibilities of a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor:

• Answering customer queries via telephone and email
• Ensuring customer queries are dealt with promptly
• Escalating any urgent customer calls to the relevant department
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Speaking and writing fluently in both Dutch and English

Key Skills and Experience of a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor:

• You must be fully fluent in both Dutch and English
• You will be expected to have great customer service skills
• You should have good writing skills, as you will be required to write correspondence
• You will need to be confident with a can-do attitude
