Job Title: Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Chippenham area – due to the location you’ll need to be a driver with your own car

Salary: £27,000 - 29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: permanent, full-time Monday to Friday, 40 hours

Our vibrant, international client is looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing multicultural team!

• Support service and sales in the Dutch and Belgian markets
• Be a go-to product expert, helping customers with energy and professionalism
• Connect with potential trade clients and assist with account setup
• Build strong relationships by ensuring a smooth buying experience

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking to connect with candidates who are fluent in Dutch and English with previous experience in a similar role. Please note that due to the location of the company, you’ll need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle. To succeed in this role, you’ll be an excellent communicator, be highly organised, and be genuinely excited to create an outstanding customer experience.
