Dutch speaking Customer Service Coordinator

This organisation is seeking a skilled bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and friendly team! Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling B2B customer enquiries via email, phone and LiveChat
• Providing product information and managing orders
• Dealing with sales administration: client quotations, order invoices and payments
• Assisting the marketing team by proofreading and translating website content into Dutch occasionally

In order to succeed in this role it is essential for you to have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in a customer/client services or sales administration role
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft programs
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Excellent team player
