We will consider candidates with an experience as a sales team assistant or sales administrator who have supported quotes and proposals documentation.You are organised, detail oriented, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, we encourage you to apply to discuss this opportunity in more details. Main Duties:Review tender, RFP and RFQ advertsManage tender documents in the procurement database, ensuring approvals before submissionCollaborate with Sales teams and other internal functions to gather necessary documentationSubmit information for PQQ (pre-qualification questionnaire), PFQ and tender bids.Maintain the procurement database, prioritising documents and creating templates.Prepare reagent rental agreements and customer quotes.Handle internal and external communications and customer requests.Ensure compliance with quality processes and company pricing policies.Create client proposals to support Sales department efforts.Dutch speaking Tender Coordinator Fluent in both English and Dutch; French language skills are a plus but not essentialEducated to degree level.Some experience in sales support, document coordination, bid, RFP, or tender writing.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Team-player attitude with the ability to work towards deadlines.Organised with a strong attention to detail.
