DYNAMICS 365 F & O FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Dynamics 365 F & O Functional consultant required by world leading client. We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the design, optimisation, and delivery of solutions across our Microsoft Dynamics landscape. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, multi entity environments, understands end to end business processes, and can translate requirements into scalable, high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to deliver enhancements, lead workshops, improve processes, and ensure the Dynamics platform continues to support our evolving business needs.

Functional:

* Lead functional design, solution architecture discussions, and requirements gathering workshops across business units.

* Analyse complex business processes and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 configurations and solutions.

* Configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules (F&O) aligned with industry best practices.

* Create detailed functional specifications for integrations, customisations, and extensions.

* Support end to end project delivery including testing, UAT coordination, training, documentation, and go live support.

* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across functional and process layers.

* Provide guidance on platform governance, data quality, release management, and system optimisation.

* Champion continuous improvement efforts to enhance workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve user experience.

* Work effectively within large, complex, multisystem organisations and navigate competing priorities.

Provide support to data analysts and system administrators to ensure cross team initiatives & KPI metrics are achieved
