Location: Hertfordshire (6 days per month)

Job Description:
We're looking for a D365 CE Functional Consultant to support and optimise the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across the business. This role is key to driving end-user adoption, resolving functional queries, and helping translate business needs into effective CRM solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure the CRM platform is aligned with operational goals, without requiring hands-on development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Provide day-to-day support and training for CRM end users.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure quality, timely delivery of CRM solutions.

• Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot user-reported issues.

• Support CRM platform enhancements and configurations based on agreed needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

• Background in Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of relational databases.

• Experience interpreting business needs into technical/functional solutions.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
